SJ55/55-1000 2LAYER CO-EXTRUSION HDPE FILM BLOWING MACHINE (A+B+A)

We had show the ABA machine on the 2019 China Plas, this machine can make 3 layers film, but save machine cost for one set screw less.

ABA blown film machine configuration and description: suitable for blowing high density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) plastic film, also can add some Caco3.

1) The screw and barrel: with heat-treatment, Nitriding treatment, electroplated hard-chrome finish, high-frequency quenching, spray coating bimetallic-alloy, vacuum quenching.
2) The die head: polishing and plating hard Cr, treated with nitride and thermal refining. One die head with 2 die head nozzle.

3) Siemens main motor and ABB inverter.

4) Standard 6 screws control filter way.

5) Semi-automatic gusset device, this is new and with patent.

6) Automatic Back to Back Friction Tension Control Winder.

7) Max speed is up to 120kgs/ hour.
